Sugar opened to call them kissy kissy people who weren't used to facing a Sugar. He told Jonathan Ross to behave himself. Ruby Wax looked bemused at Gerald Ratner and some blonde.
Jack Dee stood up, wringing his hands, obviously wondering where his au pair was. Ruby Wax liked Alan Sugar's idea of making a soft toy that would sell for a fortune and could be liked.
 The teams laughed at the very idea of seeing Nick Hewer naked.
Carol Vordermann nominated Scottish blonde chick Michelle. She has a dimple in her chin and claims she suffers from OCD. Jack Dee spoke for the first time and wanted to make Gerald Ratner the Boy Bling Meister. Nick Hewer, fully clothed, watched the boyz talk about stuff.
Jonathan Ross came across as an alpha male with bulging eyes and pure white teeth.
The girls, led by alpha female Ruby Wax, came up with a velcro toy. Carol Vordermann made her excuses and left.
One of them will be fired - but it's all in a good cause, of course. We've heard that Alan Sugar has a sense of humour.
Rubes and Scottish Michelle are deep into velcro. Scottish Michelle is costs are key - meaning cheap. The key to business is buy cheap and sell, dear. The boys are talking "swap belts". Gerald Ratner understands the volume idea, a bit like Intel does. Swap belts, and swap characters.
Someone will get fired. Soon. Ratner said Jonathan Ross tried to monopolise everything. Jack Dee said he needed a chair. Margaret, Alan and Nick (MAN) looked totally bemused at Dee's comment. Sugar talked about supply chains and SKUs to the boys. Sugar said the girls and boys did a close run thing. The girls' product won, sticky stuff. Michelle looked very happy because she told us earlier she had never been fired. Jack Dee suggested Nick Hewer should be fired, as he never does anything,,,,
